Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Every care is put in correctly checking and packing every single item. Should anything get wrong, buyer is requested to contact us within 14 days after delivery and we will find a way out (substitution, refund or credit). Faulty items must be sent back within 30 days after delivery date with a trackable system.
If an item has arrived damaged or incomplete, it may be that we can rectify it for you without the need for a return, so please contact us first and we will advise. For example, if it is a kit with missing parts we will obtain these from the manufacturer ASAP on your behalf. Buyer pays shipping return costs. For unwanted items, original shipping costs are not refunded.
